Join Knox College Professor John Dooley, William and Marilyn Ingersoll Chair in Computer Science, for a fascinating, historical look at codes and ciphers during WWII.
Learn about the American and British cryptography machines as well as the cryptographers who broke the German codes, including William Friedman and Frank Rowlett. You'll also discover more about the work of Alan Turing, a pioneer in the field of computers whose career as a cryptanalyst was the basis for the movie, The Imitation Game.
