The Midwest Conference recognized 18 Knox College student-athletes from six league sports on the 2008 MWC Academic All-Conference Winter Sports Team. To be eligible for the academic all-conference team, student athletes must hold a cumulative 3.2 grade point average and letter in any of the MWC's winter sports (men's basketball, women's basketball, men's swimming, women's swimming, men's indoor track & field, women's indoor track & field).
