National Hispanic Scholarships

Scholars in the National Hispanic Recognition Program who have not been awarded a Knox Academic Scholarship are automatically eligible for a Knox scholarship of up to $16,000 per year. Students designated as Honorable Mentions in the National Hispanic Recognition program can receive at least $12,000 per year.

National Hispanic Scholarship Application Requirements:

  • Apply for admission by February 1
  • Notify Knox of your National Hispanic Scholarship standing

Notification
Candidates are notified of their scholarship awards at the time of admission.

General Scholarship Guidelines
Scholarship candidates must be admitted to Knox and be citizens or permanent residents of the United States. Scholarship recipients often qualify for additional need-based financial assistance, including grants, work-study programs and loans. Scholarships are renewable annually as long as recipients remain in good academic standing.
