Tyler Hill, a senior from Naperville, Illinois (Naperville North High School), was named the Knox College Prairie Fire Performer of the Week. The senior linebacker became the College's all-time career leader in total tackles after finishing with 11 stops in a loss at Lake Forest College. In the 34-9 loss Saturday, Hill recorded four solo tackles and assisted on seven other tackles. He added one sack and broke up two passes. Hill leads the Prairie Fire with 84 total tackles this season. In his four-year Prairie Fire career, Hill has 333 total tackles, surpassing Anthony Balthazor's career mark. Balthazor played for Knox from 1999 to 2002. Knox will conclude the 2007 season at home against rival Monmouth College in the annual Bronze Turkey game Saturday, Nov. 3.
