By midnight on June 30 -- the end of the Knox College fiscal year -- more than 5,000 Knox alumni had given to the College, helping Knox receive $100,000 from Duke '74 and Nancy Petrovich.

L. Sue Hulett, professor of political science, has been named the Richard P. and Sophia D. Henke Distinguished Professor at Knox College. The endowed chair was established in 2007 by a $1 million gift from Richard '56 and Sophia Henke.
