Illinois Small College Placement Association
ISCPA On-line Career Center—links college students with employers.  With membership of 23 small colleges and universities in the state of Illinois, its strength lies in providing services to connect students and employers. 

The ISCPA On-line Career Center provides an exclusive, convenient electronic location where students and alumni can post their resume, search for jobs and internships, attend exclusive job and teacher fairs as well as participate in interviews exclusively for ISCPA students and alumni. 

To get to the ISCPA On-line Career Center and register go to the ISCPA Web site and select Students. 

• ISCPA Interviews—This provides you the opportunity to interview with employers who might not normally visit your specific college or university. You can attend interviews at your ISCPA college, or any of the 23 member schools.
  
• CareerFest Job Fair—This job fair brings together employers in business, government, and the non-profit sector. This event is exclusive to students and alumni of ISCPA member schools. Recruiters are able to meet with students with a variety of majors looking for employment and internship opportunities.
  
• TeacherFest Educator Job Fair—The purpose of TeacherFest is to connect quality teacher candidates from ISCPA member schools with Illinois school districts. This fourth annual education job fair will bring together more than 400 teacher candidates from 23 colleges and universities throughout the state.

Career Magazine
CareerMag is one of the most professional job search sites. Some of their specific services are particularly useful for prospective candidates. Apart from the usual job directory and resume posting, they offer career counseling, a resume writing service, a computer salary processing program and more.

Career Mosaic is a premier employment site on the Internet, with tens of thousands of jobs and resumes and extensive information on hundreds of employers. This is one of the most popular sites that allows you to search by employer, job or industry. Plus, it has a resume builder, career resource center and international gateway.

CareerPath.com is one of the leading online career management sites for job seekers and employers. Careerpath.com offers the greatest number of available job listings as well as providing extensive career management tools including the opportunity to save a job search, to create an online resume and to read headline news tips and other important information about getting a job.

Coolworks
Coolworks is yet another upcoming job site that allows you to search for jobs by state or industry. It also has a resume posting service and an employer contact and search list. It also serves as a search engine for camp and summer jobs.

Job Searcher
Global Job Services is a one-stop shop for job seekers and employers. This unique service scours the million plus jobs on the internet to find the perfect match for candidates' skill sets. Guaranteed resume writing in all formats covering traditional, computer scannable and electronic submissions is now available. Critiques of cover letters and existing resumes are also a new offering. Full support for every step of the job hunt is freely given — from help with follow up phone calls to relocation.

Medzilla
Another fun job site for both those seeking employment and those looking to employ. It offers various services like job and resume posting services, salary analysis and headhunter services/forums.

The Monster Board
Monster Board is the most successful career center on the Internet where job seekers find the ideal job or career and employers find the most qualified candidates. Tons of jobs and advertising have been displayed for a very useful job hunting tool. This site has also been heavily marketed, which means most employers know about it and visit it. It offers the ability to hunt by job category, keywords, and locations.

Nation Job Network
Nation Job's value-added services include a network of specialty sites promoting jobs in specific employment categories, custom job and community pages, cross-postings to other sites on the web and PJ Scout, one of the most successful uses of push technology in the employment realm.

WomensJobList.com
WomensJobList.com is an online job board dedicated 100% to diversity, equality and inclusion. This job board provides a central place for women to look for jobs, post their resume and gain career tips and advice. This means access to over half a million job opportunities and hundreds of career related articles written by top career counselors.

WorkWise Interactive
WorkWise Interactive, a brief, entertaining Q&A written by WorkWise® columnist Dr. Mildred Culp, focuses on topics of interest to students and recent grads. The column answers questions from readers, site visitors and people on the street. The blogTip showcases ways to distinguish yourself from the run-of-the-mill. Jobs and resumes found in this database are available on computer systems in public libraries, colleges and universities, malls and other places of public access.

Join other companies on the Wall Street Journal's employment database. They import your listings and feature free content from the Journal and Nation's Business Employment Weekly.

ECO
The Environmental Careers Organization is a national, non-profit educational organization. ECO's mission is to protect and enhance the environment through the development of professionals, the promotion of careers and the inspiration of individual action. This is encouraged with internships, career advice, career products, research and consulting.

Idealist.org-Action Without Borders
A job search resource for the nonprofit sector.  In this site you will find over 56,000 nonprofit and community organizations in 165 countries, which you can search for job postings, volunteer and internship opportunities, events, resources and programs

U.S. State Department

Council on International Educational Exchange
This site contains worldwide employment opportunities within the Council on International Education Exchange. The council has three divisions, each of which hires directly.

International Internships
The Overseas Opportunities Office is a part of the University of Michigan International Center, which provides information about options for study, work and travel abroad. Although individual advising is limited to members of the University of Michigan community, anyone in the Ann Arbor area is welcome to stop by during business hours to use the resource library and consult with staff.

At this site, you will find more than 160 benchmark positions with compensation data. Now more than 1250 member organizations strong.
