From there, trace the island’s western edge to Galway, pausing to wander through the serene ruins of Clonmacnoise and stand in awe before the Cliffs of Moher.
Wander Donegal’s rolling woodlands and rugged coasts before crossing into Northern Ireland. Knox travel host was Michael Schneider, former provost and dean of Knox College and creator of Knox’s immersive Japan Term. Travelers also enjoyed a talk from guest lecturer Jim Laurie, Emmy Award-winning international news correspondent, who spoke about his more than five decades of covering this region.
