Project Costs
Phase I of the renovation, completed in June 2004, included exterior stabilization, interior demolition, and project design. Fundraising for Phase II, which includes all remaining aspects of the renovation and an endowment to fund operating costs associated with the new programming in the building, is currently in the quiet phase.
