Visit Campus

Visit campus -- it just might change your life! Find out for yourself why Loren Pope, author of Colleges That Change Lives and former education editor of The New York Times, says in his book, "This college is educating -- not training -- people who can think clearly and independently ... and who can live fully and courageously."

In addition to getting a chance to sit in on a class and spend the night in a residence hall, you'll get to experience "uniquely Knox" things -- like sit in the famous "Lincoln chair" or on the sloping sides of the Knox Bowl to watch the Prairie Fire in action.

The best time to come is during one of our Open Houses. These all-day events are typically full of tours, workshops and meetings. You'll get a chance to meet faculty and students; explore labs and residence halls; and ask questions about scholarships, financial aid, off-campus study, and independent research.

If you can't make an Open House, you're more than welcome to visit us another time. Just contact the Office of Admission at least one week in advance so we can make arrangements and mail you a confirmation letter. See a calendar of when class visits, overnights and tours are available, or call 800-678-KNOX for more information.
