Potato mud. Down the hall from the class on intermediate Chinese, Music Professor Bruce Polay plays a Mozart piano sonata and greets the class with "Welcome to the 18th Century" to set the historical background for the course Music of the 19th Century. See more first-day highlights from across campus.
