Purchasing Office

The Purchasing Office assist the campus community in all phases of purchasing, including obtaining quotes and bids, dealing with vendors and maintaining vendor catalogs and purchase records. All financial information is available via the CARS system.

Purchasing

All purchases paid for with College funds must first be reviewed and processed by the Purchasing Office. Properly completed purchase orders are key to a smooth process.
