Capturing the Knox campus and people in action

Who are the Knox Student Photo Corps?

The Photo Corps are talented photographers who have been selected to capture images of the Knox campus and its people in action.

What is the Knox Student Photo Corps?

The Knox Student Photo Corps work for the Office of Communications. Their job is to capture images of Knox, the people and the campus, for promoting the college in publications, media relations, and the Knox website.

Do they also take video?

The cameras available to the Photo Corps are also capable of capturing video. Videography is not expected of student photographers, but those who are interested in doing videography are encouraged to apply.

Who gets the credit?

All photographs taken by the Photo Corps are considered the property of Knox College. At the same time, student photographers are encouraged and welcome to include their work in their portfolio. Plus, all photos are tagged with the name of the photographer in the photo database. Whenever the college uses photo credits, the student photographer will be credited (such as the Knox Magazine and the annual calendar).
