Instructions for Faculty, Staff, and Students Using Personal Machines
NOTE: Be prepared to immediately change saved passwords on any other devices on which your Knox password is saved. Failure to do so will result in a lockout of your account as these devices will repeatedly attempt to use your old password.
STEP 1: Set your security questions
All Knox faculty, staff, and students must set their password security questions and answers before attempting to reset passwords. Failure to set your questions will prevent you from resetting your password from off campus and/or without the assistance of our help desk. Password resets are handled by the help desk on "as time allows" basis. If you have already set your security questions at password.knox.edu, skip this step.
