Louder Than a Bomb chronicles the stereotype-confounding stories of four teams of students as they prepare for and compete in the world's largest youth poetry slam. Followed by spoken word performances by special guest Amelia Garcia '11.

Dr. Rendón is a faculty member at University of Texas-San Antonio whose current research focuses on access, retention and graduation of low-income, first-generation college students and the transformation of teaching and learning to emphasize wholeness and social justice. Study Abroad Workshop

Robin Ragan, Director of the Stellyes Center for Global Studies, will outline the various study abroad programs available, how financial aid works, and how programs can align with your academic interests. A panel of TRIO students will share their experiences abroad last year.
