International Student Orientation

We're glad you're coming to Knox!

International Student Orientation eases your transition to living and studying in the United States. This program is provided as a supplement to New Student Orientation, and participation in both orientation programs is required for F-1 visa students. U.S. students from abroad are welcome to participate for an additional fee upon making reservations via e-mail to the Office of Student Development.

New international students are asked to arrive on campus no earlier than noon on Monday, September 3. When you get to campus on September 3, please locate the International House (I-House) and come right in. Current students will be there to receive you and help you move in. Use the campus map (PDF) to find your way, or ask anyone you see for directions. If your parents are able to come with you for orientation, they are welcome to join us. Please make lodging arrangements in Galesburg for your family as soon as possible.
