Athletic Injury

Student-athletes are required to participate in a group accident insurance policy that covers Knox student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics (club/intramural sports and off-season injuries are not included under this policy). NOTE: Athletic injuries are not handled through the Student Health Service. It is important that the student-athlete and parent/guardian have a clear understanding of how their personal insurance, student insurance, and the athletic insurance will cover an athletic claim.

Students participating in intercollegiate sports will not be allowed to start practice or competition without having returned the Emergency/Medical History Information Form and the Student Athlete Physical Form.
