What We Do…
The Office of Communications prepares the College’s marketing materials. It provides comprehensive publications services, from concept development to final print production.
It is most efficient to contact the publications staff for an intake meeting as early in the planning process as possible. We will work with your idea to identify the audience you want to reach, establish communication objectives, and prepare an appropriate project plan.
Publications to market Knox programs must be consistent with the general messaging and emphasis of the institution, factually and grammatically accurate, and consistent with the graphic design and writing style standards of Knox College.
How We Can Help You…
Publications staff can assist with all aspects of the production process:
Any project that will require the services of a print vendor must be coordinated

How You Can Help Us…
The most efficient way to ensure a quality, on-time publication is to have an intake meeting with the publications staff. Brainstorming with publications staff to establish objectives, responsibilities, and timelines will ensure that all parties have an accurate, shared understanding of the publication’s intended purpose and use. The publications planning form helps to guide that discussion.
