Setting Your Security Questions

Change your secret questions and answers

Note: You must set your secret questions and answers before your password expires.

1. Go to https://hd.knox.edu
   
   Note: This is an https:// address, and not http://.
   
   
   
   
2. Log in with your current e-mail user name and password.
3. In the lower portion of the screen, select your questions from the drop down menus. Enter and confirm your answers.
   Note: When resetting your password, you must enter the responses exactly as entered here. This includes cases sensitivity and date formating.
4. Click "Save" when finished.
5. Click "Sign out" in the upper left corner of the screen to exit.
