Reserving Knox Facilities

For Knox-sponsored events

Use the following list to determine who to contact to reserve the facility you need for an event. These individuals also can assist you in determining which spaces are most appropriate for your event. This list is for Knox-sponsored events only.

All facilities for outside events (events not sponsored by Knox faculty, staff or student organizations) are reserved by contacting Barbara Schulze at 341-7137.

Karen Benedict, 341-7204, makes reservations for all classrooms from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. when classes are in session. Cindy Wickliffe, 341-7489, makes reservations for all classrooms during the academic year Monday through Friday after 4 p.m. and on weekends. From mid June through mid August, room reservations can be made at the Office of Campus Life, 341-7527.

**Kresge Hall
Jennifer Lazarz, 341-7413, makes reservations for Kresge when classes are in session Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cindy Wickliffe, 341-7489, makes reservations for Kresge Monday through Friday after 4 p.m. and on weekends. From mid June through mid August, room reservations can be made at the Office of Campus Life, 341-7527.
