Bicycles

All bicycles must be registered with the Galesburg Police Department. To get a sticker, take your bicycle to the Public Safety Building located one block north of campus. A registration sticker will be placed on the bicycle and a $1 fee will be charged. Bicycles should be stored in properly designated areas within the residential halls. Bicycles are not permitted in stairwell areas or under stairs. Please secure your bicycle with a heavy-duty lock. The Galesburg Fire Department strictly prohibits securing your bicycle to the stairwells inside residence halls. Facility Services personnel will immediately remove any bicycles found secured to a stairwell.
