Assessment Rubrics

AAC&U Rubrics: The Association of American Colleges and Universities has created 15 rubrics to assess various aspects of a liberal education as part of the LEAP (Liberal Education and America's Promise) project. These rubrics can be used as is or modified to meet your own needs.

Rubrician: A collection of rubrics and a rubric generator; a good source for examples of rubrics. Many of the rubrics at this site are geared to K-12 education.

Rubristar: A fairly easy and intuitive rubric generator. Will create a printable rubric or can be downloaded as an Excel file. You will need to create a log in to save your rubric on line.

Many of the examples of Knox Assessment Tools (PDF) are rubrics.
