Fall Term: Assessment Planning documents for the academic year returned to the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.
Spring Term: The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment will provide department/program progress forms no later than the fourth week of the term to be completed and returned to the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.
