Applying for Off-Campus Study

So, you’ve decided to enrich your college experience by participating in an off-campus study program -- a decision we know you won’t regret. If you’re a current Knox student or a student from another college or university who is interested in one of the many available programs, you’ll need to begin your application process here. Knox makes the application process simple.

Knox Programs
If you’re considering studying in one of Knox’s three distinctive programs in Barcelona, Besançon, or Buenos Aires, you’ll find the appropriate applications on their respective web pages. Application links are provided on the lower left side of each program’s opening page.

Knox-Approved Programs
If you’re interested in broadening your horizons through one of the more than 35 other off-campus study opportunities Knox offers, you’ll need to complete two steps:

  1. Fill out the off-campus study application (PDF), which gives you permission to study abroad.
  2. Fill out the application for the program in which you hope to participate. Applications can be obtained from the on-campus program advisor or the Center for Global Studies.

Questions about the application process may be directed to: Karen Hawkinson, Coordinator, Center for Global Studies at 309-341-7323.
