Presidential Installation Promotes Day of Service
Students engage in volunteer projects in the community

Black robes were nowhere to be seen on May 6, the day following the formal ceremony to celebrate the installation of Teresa Amott as 19th President of Knox College. The "Day of Service" was all t-shirts, work gloves, rakes and shovels as teams of student volunteers engaged in one-day projects at non-profit organizations in Galesburg.
