The General Art Collection

The collection of nearly a thousand works range from early 18th century oils on canvas by world famous artists to dramatic computer-generated works.

The General Art Collection at Knox College is the largest and most varied.  It contains not only alumni and student art, but also the works of college faculty. The collection includes portraits of distinguished faculty, founders and alumni. It also contains works in various media which have been generous gifts to the college by alumni and friends.
