Digital collections of materials are expanding on the internet on an almost daily basis. From online journals in collections like JSTOR, to government documents from almost every government agency, to electronic books in collections like the Sage eReference collection, to art images in ARTstor, to educational and entertaining video on sites like YouTube, the proliferation of digital material is ever expanding.
