In conjunction with Galesburg?s Lincoln Bicentennial Commission, Knox is planning a number of events to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Lincoln-Douglas Debate at Knox College and also the 200th anniversary of Lincoln?s birth. Below are just a few of the upcoming events celebrating Lincoln at Knox:

Knox College and Galesburg?s Standish Park
Listen to Lincoln and Douglas discuss the important debate issues; tour Old Main; visit the Galesburg Colony Underground Railroad Freedom Station at Knox College; and join the fun at the Galesburg Scarecrow Festival. Tours of Old Main and the Freedom Station, as well as the Scarecrow Festival, will continue on October 5.
