Homecoming Recap -- 2010

Nearly 1,000 alumni celebrated Homecoming 2010.

Nearly 1,000 alumni and friends came home to Knox for Homecoming 2010. A full moon on Friday evening kicked off the weekend's nearly 100 activities, which included the "Taste of Galesburg" all-class reception, athletic events, a tailgate, and Reunion dinner. Campus woke to a rain shower on Saturday morning, but the clouds soon passed, and alumni and friends enjoyed a perfect fall afternoon. Knox alumni tailgate before the 2010 Homecoming football game.

Reunions

The Class of 1965 received the 2010 Homecoming attendance prize. Classes ending in "0" and "5" celebrated Reunions over the weekend. The Class of 1965 won the Homecoming attendance award for the class with the greatest number of Reunion attendees. The Ralph Walter Prize for the class with the greatest percent giving participation was won by the Class of 1960 with 58% participation.
