As the efforts for increased sustainability at Knox continue to rise, students are becoming conscious of the way their food choices impact the world around them.
Food for Thought is an organization that helps students and those in the Knox-Galesburg community learn what they can do to change how they think about food to help the world become more sustainable.

The group strives to provide opportunities to discuss emerging ideas about becoming food-conscious and how the Knox-Galesburg community can respond to the current and upcoming issues facing food and the environment.
