The Knox College Student Code is a compilation of Knox College policies. Any violation of this code could result in sanctions. Sanctions are determined on a case by case basis. Any activity, which is not explicitly proscribed in this code, cannot be prosecuted under normal conduct procedures. However, in extreme cases that are not dealt with in this code, if egregious harm is alleged to have been done to the community or a community member, the Conduct Council may by a majority vote authorize the Judicial Officer and/or the Dean of Students to investigate the act and bring charges to the Conduct Council.
