Payor of all medical, dental and vision claims. For information regarding medical claims, change of address, order new card, click on "Benefit Manager." If you do not have your password, contact Roxanne Ronk. For information regarding your flexible spending click on "Flexible Spending Account." Enter password or create new password.

Health Finest Network (HFN)
List of all providers who offer a discount for utilization. In network providers are paid at 90% (after deductible). Out of network providers are paid at 70% (after deductible). Click on plan '20'. HFN has provided us with a tool to compare and research hospitals, physicians, home health care, and nursing homes. You may access this information by clicking on "Tools and Resources" (located on right side of screen, under "Quick Links.") Scroll down and enter Log in: KnoxCollege (case sensitive) and Password: client4306 (case sensitive). Click on "Accept."

Pharmacy benefit manager. Order refills on line, check status of order and check on claim history.
