Update Your Information

We are Knox.  You are, too.

If you attended Knox for one year, two years, or graduated with honors, you are a member of the Knox community. You are the best reflection of Knox College and the education it provides. So, keep us informed. Tell us if you've moved, if your e-mail has changed, if you've been promoted or honored, gotten married, or had a baby.

 There are many ways you can keep Knox up to date:

• Send address, phone, and e-mail changes, as well as other important information like job changes, births, and marriages, to records@knox.edu.
• Call us at 888-566-9265.
• Write to us at Alumni Records, Knox College, Box K-230, 2 East South Street, Galesburg, IL 61401.

You may also contact your class correspondent with the same information. We simply ask that you send address changes, births, marriages, and deaths directly to us as well (see above).

Online Directory

You can personally update your contact and personal information in the online alumni directory, which is located in the Knox Online Community (or by clicking on the link to your left). Any update you made in the directory is automatically sent to Alumni Records.

If you are already a registered member of the Knox Online Community, simply login and update your profile.

If you are not a registered member, it's easy to become one! To register, visit www.knoxalumni.org, click on "First Time Login" in the top left-hand corner, and follow the instructions. You will need your current Knox ID  number, which is located on the mailing label of the Knox Magazine (starting with the Fall 2009 issue) and the Knox calendar.
